So I’m leaving for school in 4 days and the closer it gets the less ready I am.. but I’ve been waiting for this for a long time, so I guess it’s about time. I’ll be going to Nordmøre Folk High School (aka NoFo) and live in a dorm with another person which I am really excited and nervous about.. I have no idea who that person might be.

I’m taking Theatre as my main course and I can’t wait to pick other classes and meet new people and make friends for life! I’m really looking forward to this year and I think it’ll do me good. My school is one of the few that accepts foreign students aswell, it is said to be around 5-10 per year and I hope they get a few this year too!

Other than that my summer has been pretty uneventful but the last weeks I’ve met a lot of old friends, some of them I hadn’t seen in nearly 5 years. To sum it up:

- Been to the movies more than I ever have before. Harry Potter 5 twice, Bruno, Hangover, Ice Age 3, My Bloody Valentine 3D.
- Spent too much money on nothing.
- Been to the city many times.
- Got in touch with old friends (and now I’m leaving town :( )
- Made new friends and gained a big brother.
- Celebrated my birthday with some friends out in the night with grilling and bonfire. (I turn 20 on 26th august, don’t forget)
- Got drunk with my old bestfriend at the Melhus festival and danced and sang (shouted lol) to Stage Dolls live.
- Spent 5 days home alone and learned that I can never ever live by myself, I get depressed.
- Had way too much time alone.
- Found out that I’m gonna try move out when I get back from school next year.
- Didn’t get a tan because we hardly had any sun.. fuck..

I wished for a guitar and I got it as a birthday present. Ima be pro.

Why I haven’t blogged? Summer is boring and I’m bored 24/7, therefore I have nothing to blog about.. sadly. I’ll be using this blog when I leave for school in a month, to keep people updated. But for now life is on standby seeing as I have no social life and nobody is letting me visit them. Only thing I’ve been doing is trying to get a tan and going to the movies.

What I feared would happened.. did happen - Summer vacation = boredom.
There hasn’t even been any warm sunny days in forever. I blame global warming.

Got my haircut done today, my hair was becoming awfully long. Same as last time except my bangs are now waaaay too short.. I can’t wear it down like I used to, so when I got home I did a mohawk. I like mohawks, I don’t care what you say lol.

Last week my class visited an open farm and when we were told they had llamas me and my friend went yeeeeeey! We spent the whole day there, being amused by animals and grilling hot dogs.

They have got to be one of the coolest creatures alive.

I am ze stilt master, no not really. Those things gave me many splinters, crappy ass wood.

I survived a whole school year

I’ve had a lot on my mind lately (so no blogging), but now I’m all free cause I went into summer holidays a few hours ago.. It feels weird and I already miss the people in my class. It sucks cause through the whole year I’ve been struggling with myself and different problems and now when I’ve finally found myself, is able to go to school every day and is happy to be alive.. school ends. I’m just glad I passed in all my subjects, I even scored an A in english. And all this is surprising seeing as I don’t study or do homework, I loathe school. Before I left today I shook my english teacher’s hand and said “You’re the best english teacher I’ve ever had!” and he was like “Oh thank you!” :D

It’s been a difficult year for many in my class and about 3 people quit, but I’m happy I stayed till the end and managed to finish it - which is all thanks to my school council and the friends I made.

This fall I’m off to Nordmøre Folk High School with my main course as “theatre”. I can’t wait!
